Fourth Tour of the African Diplomatic Corps Ambassadors to the Cosmonaut Training Center

May 5, Moscow - Association for Economic Cooperation with African Countries and NGO "Moscow and Muscovites" organized a tour to the Cosmonaut Training Center for African Corps Ambassadors accredited in Moscow.

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Sudan Hon. Mohammed Elghazali Eltigani Sirrag and his family and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Eritrea Hon. Petros Tseggai Asghedom and the spouses of the ambassadors of the Republic of Angola and Islamic Republic of Mauritania also took part in the tour.

During the tour the honorary guests together with the Cosmonaut Training Center's staff honored the memory of the world's first cosmonaut by laying flowers at the monument to Yuri Gagarin. Specialists of the Center conducted an introductory tour for the delegation, during which they were shown a complex of simulators of the Russian segment of the International Space Station and manned transport spaceship "Soyuz". Guests also familiarized themselves with hydro-laboratory and centrifuge TsF-18. During the familiarization tour the delegation visited the museum of the Cosmonaut Training Center.
